Thank you for considering supporting TIFF through Membership! A full list of all available Memberships and their benefits can be found at tiff.net/membership. To join or renew your Membership, please follow the below steps:

1. Sign in to TIFF Year-Round Account Manager. If you do not already have an account with TIFF Account Manager, you will need to create one.
2. Click "Join TIFF" located at the top of the web page, then select "TIFF 2024 Memberships" from the drop-down menu.
3. If you have a Promo Code, click the “PROMO CODE” button and follow the instructions in the “How do I use a promo code for my Membership purchase” section below.
4. Scroll down and click on your desired Membership level.
5. Proceed through “Checkout.”

1. Sign in to TIFF Year-Round Account Manager. If you do not already have an account with TIFF Account Manager, you will need to create one.
2. Click "Join TIFF" located at the top of the web page, then select "TIFF 2024 Memberships" from the drop-down menu.
3. Click the “PROMO CODE” button
4. On the next page, enter the code into the Promo Code box and click "Apply"
5. Next to your desired level of Membership, click + to select the quantity.
6. Click “Add to Cart.”
7. In the Cart pop-up, click “Continue.”
8. Proceed to “Checkout.”

When you join or renew your Membership, you may access your digital Membership card right away with your mobile device.

Here’s how to download your digital Membership card using mobile wallet:

1. Visit TIFF Year-Round Account Manager in the browser on your mobile device.
2. Sign in via the account button (top-right icon that looks like a person).
3. Tap the menu button in the top-left corner (looks like three lines).
4. Under “My Events,” tap “View Event Details” on your Membership.
5. Tap the small arrow located on the right at the bottom of your Membership.
6. Tap “Save to Phone” or “Add to Wallet.”

If you do not use a mobile wallet such as Apple or Google Wallet, you may access your digital card via TIFF Year-Round Account Manager by following the steps above without saving to your phone.

Please review the three steps below to ensure your lucky gift recipient can begin enjoying the benefits of TIFF Membership

1. Gift Membership Voucher: after payment is complete, the purchaser will receive an email with a Gift Membership Voucher. This voucher can be printed or email-forwarded to the lucky gift recipient.
2. Redemption: To redeem the Gift Membership, the recipient will fill out the online form at tiff.net/join/gift, including their Order ID (listed in the voucher) and their account details.
3. Enjoy! After completing the redemption form, the Membership will be activated within two (2) weeks. For questions, email loyalty@tiff.net.
